A genuine question for canada!!?

I am from Israel. A Canadian/Toronto registered nanny agency took money from me in order to working visa for Canada. Now he is out of contact. I loose my money. I have evidences to sue him. I already sent email to Toronto police but they dont reply me and I don’t know where I should go or where I need to contact? please help me. Thank you

Since you are in Israel and this company is apparently in Toronto, perhaps you are dealing with the wrong police force. The R.C.M.P. fraud squad would be a better bet.

I would also suggest you save every bit of evidence you have and put all your emails in a folder of their own etc so that you have everything handy if you end up needing it for investigators.
